Opportunity? It Is Really Hard Work

Does luck play any part in our lives?Do you possess Lucky Charms?Are you superstitious?Does it matter if we are Scorpio or Virgo,and must we read our Horoscope before we start the day?We may own up to some of these.But is it not hard work and our own self belief that helps us achieve success.

Opportunity is missed by most because it is dressed in overalls and it looks like work

This was the view of the American Thomas Edison, probably the worlds most prolific inventor.Described as a workaholic,thousands of times he tried his inventions,and a thousand times he failed, but he never ever gave up.He tried until he succeeded.Even Edison himself admitted,"Genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration.Edison's inventions have had a huge impact on our lives.Where would we be today without his endeavours.

Luck is when opportunity knocks and you answer

I recall when i had been low on work for sometime,i went to meet a friend in business who said he may have some work for me,so i go to meet him straight away. unfortunately it does not come off.Then he meets his friend , who i don't know.we end up visiting his site, and it turns out he needs two men to start work immediately.so i get work for myself and a friend, and it turned out to be very prosperous.

Luck is believing your lucky

You may know many people, who always look at situations negatively rather than positively.They will always complain;" Nothing goes right for them,"and It will never get any better.

These are the people who never have any"luck."they become stuck,their success is limited,and constantly look for faults.they develop a sense in looking for obstacles. maybe it is just a matter of looking for the easy route and this will bring you success.

In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity

This quote comes from Einstein whom amongst may things gave us his "theory of relativity."He was a rather odd looking man,with unkempt hair,though his IQ was never measured, many thought it was not as high as people thought.He persevered to genius through hard work. Einstein always had a clear view of the problems of physics.He had his own view and strategy. the problems were just a stepping stone to his goals.

When god rolls the dice , they are loaded.

Well is fate really in our hands,well maybe.Things happen to us that we cannot possibly control, but probably happen for a reason,be it good or bad.Most of us know we cant wait for it to happen,it is up to ourselves to make it happen.So we have to seize opportunity when we can, which means we really have to work for our success.
